What we collect

When you use the enquiry form. Your name, company, work email, phone number, city if you give it, the category you select, and the requirement you write. There is one further field on the form that is hidden from you: an empty box that automated spam tends to fill in and a person never does. Nothing else is captured.
When you email, call or message us. Whatever that correspondence contains.
Automatically. Our hosting provider and the network in front of the site keep standard server logs — IP address, browser user agent, which pages were requested and when. These exist so the site can be kept secure and working, not to profile visitors.

What we do not do

  • No advertising pixels, no analytics tracking, no behavioural profiling on this website.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
  • We do not add people who enquire to a marketing mailing list.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange supply, and keep the correspondence that follows. You give consent by ticking the box on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect a quote already in progress, but it stops us holding the enquiry once that is closed.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry does not turn into an account, we delete it and the correspondence around it 24 months after the last contact.

If it does turn into an account, we keep it while the account is active. Invoices and tax records are held for the period Indian tax law requires, separately from enquiry correspondence.

Who else handles it

Only the parties needed to run the site and get a reply back to you:

  • Our web hosting provider, which stores the website and its server logs.
  • Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site as a content-delivery and security layer and therefore sees your IP address.
  • Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces this site uses, and therefore receives your IP address when a page loads.
  • Our email provider, which carries the enquiry to our inbox.

None of them are given your details for their own marketing.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie that distinguishes people from bots. WordPress sets session cookies only for our own staff when they sign in to administer the site.

Browser extensions installed on your own device can add cookies and scripts to any page you visit, including this one. Those are outside our control and are not part of this site.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you contacted us with, and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle that request, you may escalate it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Security

Enquiries reach us by email and are held in our business email account. Administrative access to the website is limited to named staff.

No transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not send bank details, passwords or identity documents through the enquiry form — if we need anything of that kind for an account, we will ask for it another way.

Children

This is a business supply website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything that materially alters how enquiry data is used will be described here rather than quietly replaced.
